Clinical Significance:
1. For auxiliary diagnosis, NCCN will be recommended for 1p and 19q for the joint detection of 2A-class mesoglioma detection.
2. For treatment guidance, the lack of chromosome 1p heterozygosity is sensitive to mesoglioma chemotherapy; the deletion of chromosome 19q heterozygosity is not sensitive to chemotherapy, while the absence of both is sensitive to chemotherapy.
