Packaging
Suspend 30.5 grams of the dehydrated medium in one liter of distilled water. Heat with frequent agitation until complete dissolution.
Sterilize in the autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes. Cool to 45 - 50°C and pour into Petri dishes.
Store at 4°C. The color of the prepared medium is clear amber, slightly opalescent.
