Description
Médico™ RT-PCR Kit 는 reverse transcription과 PCR 증폭을 간단하고 편리하게 실험하기 위해 고안된 제품입니다.
최적 온도가 50℃인 RTase (M-MLV) 의 특성을 그대로 가지며, H-Star Taq DNA polymerase의 특성인 hot start activity를 가짐으로써 target gene에 대한 매우 높은 특이성을 보입니다. 단, PCR enzyme으로 H-Star Taq DNA polymerase 가 혼합되어 있으므로, PCR product size 1 kb 미만인 경우에 적용 가능합니다.

Description
Médico™ RTase는 M-MLV Reverse Transcriptase (RNase H-)의 Thermostable mutant로 E. coli 에서 발현, 정제한 recombinant type입니다. 기존 M-MLV보다 비교적 열에 안정성을 보여 50℃ 이상에서 cDNA 합성이 가능하며, 50℃ 에서 최적 활성을 보입니다. 기존 저온에서의 (42℃ 이하) 반응보다 RNA의 2차 구조를 억제할 수 있어 cDNA의 합성 효율이 좋은 제품입니다. Médico™RT Kit는 RTase, buffer, DTT로 구성되어 있으며, bufer 안에 dNTP가 혼합되어 있어 편리하게 사용할 수 있습니다.
